Nirupa founded Snowflakes driven by a conviction that transformed into a 22-year mission that continues today: children's educational potential was being dramatically underestimated in traditional nursery settings. Less of a vision but more of a dream where she knew children, regardless of their situation would be given the chance to start school reading.

Her office is filled with photo albums of former pupils, many who return to visit year after year, understanding that educational success flourishes within caring connections. Rather than pursuing rapid expansion, "priority has always remained and will remain on quality" – the deep bonds between staff, children, and families that create the foundation for exceptional learning outcomes.

“The greatest reward is seeing our graduates return, confident and successful. It proves what i've always believed: that genuinely wanting to find the right approach for each child and then giving them the environment to make their own decisions creates a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.”

Qualifications:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children's Services (Early Years)

• Paediatric First Aid Certificate

• Safeguarding Training
