Our Fee Structure Is Completely Transparent
Snowflakes Day Nursery & Montessori has been preparing children for academic success across West London Since 2002. We maintain the same high standards and individual attention for each child at each of our four convenient locations.
Our nursery costs are consistent across all four of our branches and reflect our commitment to providing exceptional education with qualified staff, nutritious meals, and comprehensive care in 2025.
Our 2026 fees include all essential care and educational components. No additional charges for meals, nappies or educational materials.

Full Day: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2 sessions)
Morning Session: 8:00 AM - 12:55 PM

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the settling-in process work at Snowflakes?
Your first session lasts 2 hours with gradual introduction activities, followed by a 4-hour session with extended learning experiences. During this time, your child has the opportunity to bond with their assigned key person and we have a chance to do an individual assessment to see where they are on their developmental roadmap. We conclude with a parent consultation to discuss observations and next steps. We include two complimentary settling sessions with every enrollment.
What costs should I expect when starting at Snowflakes?
Initial costs include a one-time registration fee, a refundable deposit, and the first month's fees paid in advance. Total starting costs are discussed during your application process according to your needs, and we'll provide a clear breakdown of all requirements before enrolment.
When are nursery fees due and how do I pay?
Fees are payable monthly in advance via bank transfer, which is our preferred payment method. We can arrange standing orders for your convenience. Late payments incur a 15% annual surcharge, and fees continue during our scheduled closure periods.
Do full-time applications receive priority over part-time ones?
Full-time places do receive priority over part-time applications as well as family siblings also have placement priority, and early applications secure the best session time choices. Funded-only places are subject to availability.
How much notice do I need to give for changes or withdrawal?
We require 4 weeks written notice for any session changes or withdrawal from the nursery. For September places, we recommend submitting applications by June to ensure availability for your preferred sessions.
Are there any hidden costs or extra charges?
No. Our quoted fee includes everything your child needs: educational activities, all meals and snacks, communication systems, and basic care items. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprise charges. We remind parents that fees continue during our planned closure periods.
When is the nursery closed during the year?
We close for all UK bank holidays, Christmas week, 5 summer days in August for deep cleaning, and 1 staff training day annually. We offer a 20% holiday discount for up to 4 weeks annually when you give 4 weeks' advance notice for family holidays.
