Understanding costs:
Read Our Pricing

At Snowflakes, our fee structure includes everything your child needs, fresh meals cooked daily from our on-site chef, nappies, sun cream, and all learning materials. We provide one clear number that covers genuine early education.

Our Fee Structure And Everything Else

Snowflakes' all-inclusive fee covers the complete daily experience. This means fresh meals prepared on-site, morning snacks, afternoon tea, nappies and wipes, sun cream for outdoor play, and every learning material used in our Montessori-EYFS curriculum.

When we quote a fee, that figure represents your total cost. We don't separate "care" from "education" or charge premium rates for activities that should be standard.

Your Upfront Costs:

  • Registration fee: £50 (non-refundable, payable with your application)
  • Deposit: £250 (secures your place, fully refundable with 4 weeks' written notice)

We don't charge separately for:

  • Meals and snacks — fresh food from our on-site chef, included
  • Nappies and wipes — provided throughout the day
  • Sun cream and outdoor provisions — essential for all-weather learning
  • Learning materials — Montessori resources, art supplies, sensory equipment
  • Special activity days — themed weeks, cultural celebrations, seasonal events
