Nursery admissions should not feel like navigating a maze. At Snowflakes, our admissions process follows a clear, transparent path from your first enquiry through to your child’s settled first week in all our settings across Southall, Hanwell, Norwood Green, and Northolt.
Our all-inclusive fee structure means the price we quote includes everything fresh meals, nappies, sun cream, and all learning materials. We don't charge top-up fees for government-funded hours or "consumables" invoices.
The only additional costs are the £50 registration fee and £250 refundable deposit.

The Snowflakes admissions process follows six clear steps.
Step 1: Enquiry. You will have questions and we will be able to answer them. You can contact us by phone or through our website form.
Step 2: Viewing. You visit the nursery during our morning or afternoon Work Cycles, at 10:30 am or 3:30pm.
Step 3: Application. If you decide we’re right for your family, you are welcome to complete our registration form on the day, or take some time to consider your options and return later.
Step 4: Registration Fee. We charge a £50 registration fee, confirming your application is being processed. (Our fee is non-refundable; you will be informed if there is a waiting list before you pay this fee.)
Step 5: Deposit & Confirmation. Once we confirm a place is available, you pay a £250 deposit (refundable when your child leaves, provided you give 4 weeks’ notice).
Step 6: Settling-In. Before your child’s official start date, you will receive an email from us detailing information about the timings and charges. We arrange settling-in sessions tailored to their needs, helping to build the bond with their Key Person while you’re still nearby.

This tool accounts for 15-hour universal funding, 30-hour extended funding, and Tax-Free Childcare contributions. It shows the difference between term-time and stretched funding options, so you can choose what works for your family's schedule and budget.
