Ms. Shaizeen

As a Nursery Practitioner, Ms. Shaizeen supports daily learning, observes children's development, and helps create an environment where every child can communicate and be understood. Her BSL Level 1 qualification means she can use sign language to support children's early communication — whether they have additional needs or are simply developing their language skills alongside gestures and signs. With her Level 2 Early Years Educator and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualifications, Ms. Shaizeen adds a distinctive dimension to the Blue Room team.
