Nirupa Kukapalan founded Snowflakes after observing that "Children were capable of much more education-wise," few maximised children's educational potential during these critical early years.
Her vision was clear: combine genuine nurturing care with structured early education to unlock every child's learning potential which in turn led to the creation of Snowflakes' unique approach.
