As a Nursery Practitioner, Ms. Seema works alongside the room leader to deliver daily activities, track children’s development, and communicate progress to parents. Her QCF Level 2 in Children & Young People’s Workforce qualification underpins her practice, but it is her 11 years of experience that families particularly value — knowing that the person caring for their child understands the Snowflakes approach inside and out. Ms. Seema’s continuity in the Blue Room provides stability for children and reassurance for parents.
