As a Nursery Nurse, Seema works alongside the room leader to deliver our weekly curriculum, observe and track children's progress, and ensure every child feels safe, engaged and ready to learn. With her QCF2 in Children and Young People's Workforce qualification, Seema understands how young children develop and takes genuine care in fostering their curiosity and independence. Whether it's daily feedback, supporting transitions, or joining in purposeful play, Seema helps create the warm, structured environment that Snowflakes families trust.
