As a Nursery Practitioner, Ms. Ruqsha helps deliver planned activities, observes how children engage and develop, and ensures each child's daily experience is safe and purposeful. She holds her Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, and is currently completing her Level 3 Early Years Educator — strengthening her ability to support the room leader in planning and assessment as her knowledge grows.
