Ms. Ruqsha

As a Nursery Practitioner, Ruqsha works alongside the room leader to deliver our weekly curriculum, observe and track children's progress, and ensure every child feels safe, engaged and ready to learn. With her Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification, Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, and Level 3 Early Years Educator in progress, Ruqsha understands how young children develop and takes genuine care in fostering their curiosity and independence. Whether it's daily feedback, supporting transitions, or joining in purposeful play, Ruqsha helps create the warm, structured environment that Snowflakes families trust.
