Snowflakes Norwood Green operates from St Mary's Church Hall on Norwood Green Road . Situated in the heart of the Norwood Green, our nursery offers a rare community feel. We combine the warmth of a family-run setting with the expansive space of a traditional hall, giving children the room they need to grow, move, and explore in a structured, nurturing environment.
Our Norwood Green Setting is a part of the village fabric and a nursery that belongs to the place it serves providing a community space where families from the Norwood Green area and further find early education with familiar and consistent faces.
"Strong relationships are formed with children and their families by the staff in this family-run nursery."

Our setting's high ceilings and generous floor plans mean children can spread out during the Work Cycle which means more physical room to move between activities.
Our learning environments are divided into distinct rooms, the Lilac room for babies 3 months - 24 months as well as the Green and Blue rooms which provide ample space for toddlers and preschoolers to coexist in prepared environments that evolve as they grow.
We have the luxury of Norwood Green right at our doorstep. We use the adjacent Green as an extended outdoor classroom. Children have the opportunity to watch the seasons change during walks on the green on top of the numerous benefits.
This branch has a true community feel. Staff build genuine relationships with families, not just children.
"Their dedication to his well-being and development is evident, and it's clear that my child feels safe and encouraged in the nurturing environment."
— Quote from Parent Review, March 2025
Norwood Green is surrounded by numerous primary schools that we have close relations with:
All within a 5-minute drive making transitions to reception easier.
Children are able to start primary school with their new teachers already having a strong understanding of the development areas they excel in and also need attention in allowing for seamless transitions.
Children begin school ready to sit at communal tables, pass dishes, serve themselves, and learn to say "please" and "thank you".

Babies start in the Lilac Room before moving into the Blue Room and Green Room, where the peaceful setting naturally supports focus and individual attention.
