Ms. Eisha

Ms Eisha is a highly qualified early years professional who plays a vital role in the leadership and day-to-day excellence at Norwood Green. With both her Montessori Diploma and Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, her deep understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy to everything she does.

As our Deputy Manager and safeguarding lead, Ms Eisha works closely with our manager to ensure your child receives the highest-quality care and education in an environment that fosters independence, respect, and a genuine love of learning.

She oversees our curriculum planning to ensure we maintain the balance between child-led practice and Early Years requirements.
