Ms. Nechia

As Room Leader, Ms. Nechia plans and delivers the daily curriculum, tracks individual development, and works closely with parents to share progress. Her NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education provides a thorough grounding in child development, while her role as Designated Safeguarding Lead means she is trained to identify, record, and respond to safeguarding concerns — providing an additional layer of protection for every child and family at Norwood Green. She also holds Level 3 Paediatric First Aid.
