Ms. Michalina

As Deputy Room Leader, Ms. Michalina helps plan and deliver daily activities, observes children’s development, and maintains communication with parents. She holds both a QCF Level 2 in Children & Young People’s Workforce and a Level 3 Early Years Educator — a dual-pathway qualification set that means she has progressed through different frameworks and brings both foundational and advanced knowledge to her practice. This breadth of training supports Ms. Michalina in providing informed, consistent care in the Blue Room.
