As Deputy Room Leader, Mandeep oversees the daily curriculum, ensures each child's individual development is tracked and supported, and works closely with parents to share progress and celebrate milestones. With her Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification, Mandeep brings both expertise and warmth to guiding young learners through their early education journey.
