As Room Leader, Ms. Lydia plans and delivers the daily curriculum, tracks each child's individual progress, and maintains close communication with parents about their child's milestones. She holds her Level 2 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification and Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, and is currently completing her Level 3 Early Years Educator — combining practical leadership experience with a commitment to advancing her formal expertise.
