Ms. Lily

Ms Lily is the friendly, consistent all-round organiser at the front and heart of Norwood Green, making sure everything runs smoothly. As our Administrator and Designated Safeguarding Lead, she's often the first person you'll speak to when you call or visit whether you're enquiring about a place, updating your child's details or simply have a question about the day ahead.

Ms Lily manages all the essential administration that keeps our nursery operating efficiently: from admissions and bookings to maintaining accurate records, processing invoicing, and ensuring we stay compliant with GDPR and safeguarding requirements. She also holds her Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualification, adding an extra layer of reassurance when it comes to your child's safety.

Beyond the paperwork, Ms Lily plays a vital role in keeping our Snowflakes community connected. She helps coordinate reminders, staff training, special events, guest teachers always with the same calm, respectful approach that defines our Montessori ethos. Her lists can be endless but so are her skills!
